JOB SPEC: TALENT MANAGEMENT
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing a diverse range of creators and talents. You will work closely with our Influencer Marketing department to develop and execute strategies for promoting and supporting these creators and talent, as
well as identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
+ Identify and recruit talented creators and talent from a variety of platforms and industries, including social media, YouTube, podcasting, and more.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with creators and talent, including negotiating contracts and terms of engagement.
+ Work with our content and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for promoting and supporting creators and talent, including creating and managing social media campaigns, coordinating events, and more.
+ Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and growth with creators and talent, including potential sponsorships and partnerships.
+ Manage the day-to-day operations of our creator and talent roster, including scheduling, communication, and tracking progress.
+ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in creator and talent management.
JOB SPEC: INFLUENCER MARKETING
This role will give you the opportunity to build relationships with world-renowned brands. You will be the first point of contact with clients. We expect you to up-sell influencers that fit the brand's values & aesthetic. We also expect you to pre-plan campaigns ahead of time and managing clients' budgets in time for i.e Black Friday or Christmas.

BRAND & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
+ Sourcing and managing the influencer outreach for the required brands
+ Creating creative pitch decks for clients (listing influencers and campaign creative)
+ Develop strategies for clients
+ Plan and manage and execute campaigns
+ Creating in-depth relationships with clients (this may include traveling and meeting clients abroad)
+ Managing initial inbound inquiries from influencers and/or brands
REPORTING, BUDGETS & MEASUREMENT
You will ensure that everything we deliver aims to have a positive business impact and be responsible for evaluating ROI, as well as tracking the development of key brand metrics. You will work on budgets across PR, Production, Partnerships, and Content, and be responsible for monitoring these on a regular basis, to ensure they are on track.
+ 2 years experience working with Influencer- related campaigns
+ Experience with delivery and maintenance of products using Canva, Google Drive, Monday.com & other tools
+ Strong understanding of client & account management
+ Previous experience in other startups (bonus)
+ Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment, as well as collaborating with remote development teams
+ You have a continuous improvement mindset, constantly seeking to reduce waste and avoid re-work
